A Notary Public is a state-authorized official who verifies identities, witnesses signatures, and helps prevent fraud in legal documents. We ensure your paperwork is signed correctly and securely.
A Mobile Notary travels to your location—home, office, hospital, or public space—to notarize your documents in person. We serve Orlando, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties.
We can notarize a variety of documents, including Real estate closings, Estate planning forms, affidavits, power of attorney, wills, deeds, School and medical documents and more.
Please have a valid photo ID and your unsigned documents ready. For remote sessions, ensure your device is charged, connected to Wi-Fi, and has a working camera.
- State-Issued ID: A Florida driver's license or a Florida identification card.
- U.S. Passport: A passport issued by the Department of State of the United States.
- Foreign Passport: A passport issued by a foreign government, provided it has been stamped by the United States Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.
- Other State ID: A driver's license or identification card issued by another U.S. state or territory.
- U.S. Military ID: A valid military identification card.
- Resident Alien Card: A permanent resident card or "green card".
We cannot accept expired IDs, social security cards, birth certificates, or non-photo IDs. If you're unsure, feel free to ask before your appointment.
We serve clients across Orlando, Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties with Mobile Notary services and offer Nationwide via Remote Online Notarization from the comfort of your home or office.
We accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and cash. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
